By accessing the "CAAM Media Fund" (hereinafter "we", "us", "our", "CAAM Media Fund", "http://mediafund.asianamericanmedia.org/"), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use CAAM Media Fund.

You certify that you have read the guidelines and warrant that you meet all CAAM Media Fund eligibility requirements. You further certify that the information contained in the application, including all attachments, is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. You understand that applications that do not follow the application instructions will be disqualified.

You agree to any information you enter being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, you will not hold CAAM responsible for any security breaches that lead to the data being compromised.
